About Dr. Badkhshan
Dr. Shervin Badkhshan is a board-certified urologist and fellowship-trained reconstructive surgeon. As Director of Reconstructive Urology at NYU Langone Long Island, he treats urethral strictures, leakage, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, and problems after prior surgery, including failed implants and repeat repairs.
He is recognized by Coloplast as a Center of Excellence for the Titan® inflatable penile implant and is listed among high-volume Xiaflex urology specialists. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Urology and teaches residents. He built this site so patients can understand their condition and their options before they walk in the door.
One practice, two sides
Men’s health and reconstructive urology
Most men start with something common: erection problems, low testosterone, Peyronie’s disease, or urinary symptoms, and most never need surgery. When they do, or when a prior repair or implant has failed, the next step doesn’t mean a new doctor.

Getting started
Book a Consultation →
Book online or call (516) 535-1900. Most first visits are in person in Garden City. Video visits work well for second opinions and for patients who live farther away.
Bring prior operative notes, imaging, and a list of your medications. If you've had surgery elsewhere, those records often save repeat testing and get you to a plan faster.
